"Exclusive" is the most abused word in solar marketing. So here's exactly what it means in our contract, including the part we can't control.

"Every enquiry Everstate generates and passes to you is yours alone. Everstate will never sell, share, resell, or pass that same enquiry to any other installer or third party, at any time, for any reason. Each enquiry we generate is created for you and delivered only to you.

We can't control whether a homeowner separately contacts other companies on their own. What we guarantee in writing is this: every lead WE generate and hand you is exclusive to you, full stop. That's the line that's enforceable, and it's in your contract."

Is this just lead selling with extra steps?

No, and it's the whole difference. Lead sellers generate one enquiry and sell it to three installers. We build ad campaigns in your name. A homeowner who enquires has responded to your brand, your installs, your reviews. There's nobody else in the conversation, and the contract above puts that in writing.

Why do you show your pricing when nobody else does?

Because the calls go better when you already know the number. You can spend the 20 minutes looking at a live account instead of waiting for a price reveal. And installers who think £2,000 is a lot for a working engine were never going to be a fit anyway.

What if it doesn't work in my area?
